Unhappy ud83dude21 I had State Farm insurance for several years and I can say my agent was wonderful, put she's no longer with the company which I wasn't aware of. I live in D.C i was told there's no disconnect in my area.NO COMMUNICATION! NO DISCOUNTS, I pay for full coverage that doesn't fully cover everything like roadside assistance, rental cars etc. Its all about ud83dudcb0ud83dudcb8ud83dudcb8ud83dudcb8, VERY UNHAPPY ud83dude21 I'M Lud83dudc40KING FOR A INSURANCE COMPANY THAT'S GOING TAKE CARE OF ALL THERE CUSTOMERS NOT JUST SOME

Great overall experience. Aside from offering a much lower rate than my previous carrier (Geico) the entire experience was amazing. The staff was very professional and thorough throughout my transition process. I contemplated changing insurances for sometime, however, I am pleased my patience paid off by waiting for just the right agent. Best decision thus far.
