I waited over a year for Dr. Carol Voss and to my bitter disappointment i got her P.A. and she made an utter fool of me. She berated me about my weight and made me feel terrible. I am bitterly disappointed I wont get to see Dr. Voss since she is retiring. I will just commute to Norfolk to see my old physician. I hope she isn't making all the patients feel the way she made me feel. I am fully aware that I have a weight problem that i have been working at my entire life. I just wanted to be treated for my current issues and establish a connection not be told what a complete failure that I am.

I've been seeing Dr. Voss and her team for a year and a half and I absolutely love her. Every time I have an appointment with her she takes as much time as I need to answer questions and explore options with me. She is thorough, direct, and extremely personable. The couple times I've called needing an appointment ASAP for something I was seen either the same day or the next day by Kelly Rollins NP and she was just as great.

Dr Voss is, by far, the best primary care physician I have ever seen. She is knowledgeable, caring, professional and proactive. I would enthusiastically recommend her to my family, friends and anyone who needs a great primary care physician!

I am so glad to be back with Dr. Voss at the new location. Dr. Voss has guided me through many health issues compassionately, comprehensively, and with extensive medical knowledge. She truly listens to her patients and the treatment plan reflects that. Lori, her nurse, is extremely thorough, kind and really makes you feel at ease. I also can't speak highly enough of the office staff - especially Diedre. There is truly no one as dedicated to the patients. Also, in this time of COVID the office has adopted many safety measures to protect all in their office. I really couldn't be happier with a doctor!

Have been a patient here for quite awhile. Wait time is always terrible. That being said, is not why I'm giving a low score. I called early this a.m. to get appt. For probable bronchitis and was told no ripening todayor this week. Go to urgent care. Really! What is the point in having a primary provider if you can't get aeen. When I workeda Dr office, we always squeezed sick visits in. Will be looking for new provider.
