Showed up for appointment wearing a mask to complete check-in at front desk. Removed my mask as I sat down, as I was the only person in a large waiting room. An employee who didn’t identify herself and was t wearing a name tag approached me and told me I had to put my mask on, and I explained to her I have a m ducal exclusion and would put my mask on when I saw the provider or came within 6 feet of another person. She rudely insisted I had to put my mask on, and refused to listen as I explained that per current VA mandates and CDC guidelines, I did not at that time. She again rudely told me I could wait in my car until my appointment, and I declined.nnThis, coupled with their policy of having to be 30 minutes early to complete three minutes of administrative functions, and the general attitude of every staff member with whom I came into contact, is the basis for this poor review. Do not recommend !

Stopped taking my husband’s insurance after he’s been a patient for years. No notification, no attempt to give him a chance to find another doctor. Now we’re scrambling to find someone before prescriptions run out. Complete disregard for a longtime patient. And the responses to the negative reviews here are cringeworthy. And he did call again. And the first time he did tell them he needed refills. They looked him up and told him you don’t take his insurance anymore, and offered no assistance. He was told on the second call that you have no way of knowing what healthcare people have, and your “database” has no way of pulling people up by their insurance. Which is unbelievable. And laughable. A doctors office has a database that can’t run the most basic query? If front desk staff are that lacking in knowledge, and customer service skills, maybe they need some more training or to know when to pass the call on to someone more knowledgeable. Also, the response doesn’t say, “sorry that happened” or “sorry you were given the wrong information” - it’s “we didn’t” and “we don’t”. It’s clear to see where staff gets their attitude. FWIW, he liked the doctor. Sad about the staff.

Dr V is the best!! We like that she is honest and straight forward. We are healthier now than we were in our 30’s. Dr V makes suggestions, some that you may not like but she is honest. If you need someone to sugarcoat your lab results and tell you are fine don’t go here. She tells you how to take an okay result and make it optimal!!!

Rude. Whomever the front desk staff is needs a schooling class in basic mannerisms. I am a devoted healthcare provider and for me to walking into a doctor's office for an appointment I cannot get over the unwelcoming environment. This office should be completely ashamed of themselves for allowing this rude behavior from their front staff. In particular one woman. Do them all a huge fave and retire if you're unwilling to provide services for the doctor's patient's most importantly YOUR JOB!.
