I love the doctor I see, but trying to get in contact with anyone in office is impossible. I have been trying to call for over 2 hours this morning and continually get a busy signal. A few weeks ago I called and was put on hold for over 45 minutes. I actually got in my car and drove to office to get my question answered. I was still on hold on the phone when I walked through the office door, so I don't know how long it would have taken them to answer my call. The staff seems extremely busy, so they obviously need more administrative staffing to take care of phone calls. At this point I am looking at other medical practice for my family.
