While I still believe that Dr Williams is a fine doctor, his office's inability to stay organized and complete important paperwork, I now have a suspended license! I'd left everything with them in March, and only found out that they hadn't filled them out, and faxed them to the DMV, when I received a threating notice of suspension in May, with a projected suspension date of June 18th! They 1st claimed that I'd never given them these papers, which is absolutely ridiculous! So I immediately faxed them the papers on June 14th, and they faxed everthing back to the DMV, EXCEPT the date of my last visit, and I saw him ever 2 months! They only needed to know that I'd seen him within the past 6 months, and I saw him every 2 months! So my licence is now suspended.. and only after fretting about this for a couple of weeks, I called the DMV and was able to determine that the only thing needed was to know that I'd seen him within the last 6 months, & I saw him every 2 months! So.. the VA DMV faxed the necessary documents to them, but guess what, they claim they never received anything! This was after waiting on hold with the DMV for over an hour, only to find out that they STILL had not received the very simple, one page document indicating when my last visit was!

I’ve been going to Dr.Williams for about a year now and he is great! I’ve never really had a PCP until him but I did have kaiser for a short while and they were horrible and wouldn’t really listen to you.nnDr. Williams remember everything about my situation (which is very very long) he takes the time to go over everything with me. I also feel like he truly cares and he’s the first doctor that I’ve found that truly does care for my well being. I HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend him. If I could give him 10 stars I would!

Dr. Russell Williams has been my PCP for almost 2 years, and I can easily say, without hesitation, that he's one of the best physicians I've ever had the privilege of working with. He's not only professional, he's also thoughtful, patient, warm, and kind. He listens carefully to any questions and/or concerns I might have. Then he responds in a way that makes me feel cared for, even if it's not the answer I wanted to hear. So I would highly recommend him to anyone who's looking for a doctor who not only cares about his patients, he's professional, experienced, warm, and kind.n- Linda O.

Dr. Williams has been my primary care physician for several years now. He is an excellent doctor. He always has read my history before he comes in to talk to me. He is very proactive with his care approach. He is conservative but quietly friendly in his manner. I intend to keep him as my doctor as long as possible.

Dr. Williams is extremely professional and very knowledgeable in his field. It took me several years to find that combination in Stafford. I highly recommend Dr. Williams.
