Stafford County Fire & Rescue Headquarters

I called the Sheriffs Department non emergency line tonight since I thought I smelled gas outside. The fire department that responded was so kind. I wasn’t going to be able to sleep thinking there was a small chance of a gas leak. They checked things out and there wasn’t. They were so kind and made me feel at ease so thank you!

I have been a county resident for 45 years and yesterday was the first time I ever used the counties 911 system. Big disappointment on how the Stafford Country Deputies and Fire and Rescue responded and acted to my wife’s life threatening injury. There was little or no compassion given. In the end, I had to drive my wife to the emergency room where she was admitted to the ICU. To me it is very sad to know when you are in a crisis situation there are four men employed by our county that do such a poor job!
