Huge kudos to Molly at the courthouse DMV select for going above and beyond December 18. The pandemic sure has made things like questions and phone calls extremely difficult. This employee went out of her way to help me not only with my scheduled business but also help me understand and complete keeping my old vanity plates that expired during the pandemic to use on my new vehicle. Patience is a VIRTUE and this employee deserves all the kudos! I have been trying to figure this out for months and needless to say you can’t talk to anyone. Mobile app is one of the worst I have ever seen. Validates that you login correctly and keeps making you login again when you try and do a task. I guess they are trying to simulate what it’s like being at the actual DMV. So maybe it should be 5 stars!
