I have used won brothers products for many years, this was my favorite aquatic spot.nIn April 2019 the manifold cracked on my av-80 pump. I contacted the won brothers to purchase the piece I needed. I was told they don't make what I need. So I was sold the another pump at wholesale price which I was grateful for. In September 2019 there brand new pump just went completely out. I notified the company because I have a one year warranty.nThey said send it in to be checked out which was $35. I was informed that the pump had electrical problems, which im glad it did no harm to my family. Now upon hooking the new pump up it was very loud as soon as I plugged it in. I immediately notified won brothers via email with a video of the noise. To my surprise, won brothers told me it worked when they sent it out. I couldn't believe what I was reading. Then said we tested it & it was fine. Very unprofessional, & now im not feeling valued as an loyal customer. I said it's under warranty i would like a replacement because I know the brand new pump won't last making this loud noise. Won brothers said send the pump back & we'll send your money back. At this point I just want a pump, this is what my fish depend on to live. Now out of pocket again pay another $35 on a pump that I just received the same day; to send back then they'll refund $100.nSo basically the first order was $135 I paid another $35 to send the claim new pump back, only to have the third claimed new pump. Come in defective, now they want me to pay another $35 & send the pump back again. Which puts me paying $205 so they can refund me $100 back total. It doesn't make this situation right at all. I just lost money with no pump. Ridiculous. I just wanted a pump that worked for my hard earned money. Very unhappy with won brothers as an whole.
