We went for the pet adoption event. It was the most unorganized and crowded event I have attended. The line to see the few dogs available were wrapped around the store and it appeared only 2 or 3 volunteers were working. The inside store was too small. Should have had better arrangements.

If I could give no stars i would. Had a 3 pm appointment today with Lindsay. Arrived earlier waited with know one even acknowledging me and my dog. After 10 mins i walked out. One sat on the phone and two worked on pets. A common be with you shortly would have been nice.

I had an appointment for my dog @4pm. I arrived and dropped off my dog, I was told it would be about 2-3 hours. They called me at 6:01pm that my dog is ready and that they close at 6pm.( well they should have called earlier) well I pick up my dog and his ears were not clean. So I called back and they lady said that she did clean them but they were still messy. So at that point she admitted to not fully cleaning his ears and should have given me a discount because now I have to go back and waste my gas to get his ears clean. Which when I called back she said you have to make an appointment and I said no I don’t have to make an appointment y’all didn’t clean his ears so you should make the time for him the next day to clean his ears. So finally we go back to get his ears clean which she didn’t fully clean them again neither but at that rate they were all rude and it wasn’t worth the hassle to get them to fully clean his ears. The lady who groomed him was named Anna. My dogs will not be going back to pet smart to get groomed.

I don't frequent this location too often, but each time I do they are well stocked and the store is neat and clean. They have a great selection of dog treats. My pup goes crazy when we pull into the parking lot because he knows we're getting treats! Really good cashiers here also.

The first thing I noticed about this place when I walked in was that it was clean and the staff were very friendly. I was greeted right away and asked if I needed help. I was adopting a kitten that day so the staff was very on top of helping me with finding the best items for the best prices for her and after I made my purchases they even helped me pack up my car with a smile! Wonderful experience!
