I was very happy with my visit. The doctor knew what was wrong with me as soon as she checked my back. I really appreciate doctor's who take time to check you out and not push and rush you out the office . They really care at this office and I will be coming back to have some stuff done. I like that everyone there shows you respect!.

If you're searching for a new PM team - hands down, this is it! The entire office, Dr. Bakhit, and his support staff were all top-notch humans. You will be so pleased with their service. The doctor was absolutely wonderful. Everything I could have asked for. He switched me to extended release (once every 12 hours) medication so I no longer have to take 6 pain pills a day, something I have been asking my previous PM physician for, for over a year now! Amazing! At my next appointment he will be doing some injections in my lower-back/spine area to start - another thing I've been requesting of my previous PM physician in NY for, for over a year. Still pinching myself to make sure I wasn't dreaming at this appointment, because it is such a stark (positive) difference from my last PM experience. He was so kind and compassionate, patient, and he is a very, very nice man. He didn't rush me, he spent nearly an hour with me, and made sure to answer any questions I had. I am thrilled it went so well. He said I have the exact positive attitude that lends to healing. Dr. Bakhit and his staff are wonderful in the Roanoke Virginia office. Reception is always pleasant and helpful. Nursing staff are friendly and attentive. Dr. Bakhit listens to me and addresses my problems. He’s a very knowledgeable doctor. He’s also compassionate and caring. Great place. I highly recommend!nStephanie Beverage

This center is really great! I was seeing a previous pain management doctor but wasn't getting the relief I felt I should be having. Here the doctor really listens to you to get a plan that best suits you. Wonderful staff too.

Dr. Bakhit and his nursing staff are wonderful. He listens to you and he establishes a plan for treatment. He is absolutely the best doctor I’ve been too. I’m truly sad that he’s out of network with my insurance now and I don’t have any idea what to do. I don’t won’t to see anyone but him. Dr. Bakhit is the absolute best!
