Ive had Dr. Hartman twice as a Dr. For two years he weighed me and put me on medications with bezar side effects. It took finding another Dr. to get on meds that were a good fit. He is blind and can't do his visits with out a assistant. While I was thankful for a Dr. Going back to Hartman the second time was worse. I lost my insurance after job loss and needed someone who used VA Premiere. Same results. No help at all! Just asked me once a month if I felt suicidal. I do not recommend this man unless your despirate for medication! Be carefull be aware of side effects of your medicine.
