Durham school services

Apparently this company doesn't care about the safety of the students the transport, nor do they do thorough background checks of their employees. They currently have a know felon in their employ that is actively disabling brake and steering components. I highly encourage people to inquire with their corporate office as to why they are ignoring these issues.

This same bus driver worked for the previous transportation company and was consistently late picking the children up for and from school. I even had a letter from the previous company to Roanoke City schools stating it NOT hire her again and now we're going through the same again this year. My son's job starts at 5 and it's 4:58 and they're still sitting at school. The driver may not care about her job, but my son is responsible and cares about his. Once again, bus 70 is bringing the ratings down for another company...

They don’t even deserve 1 star....this company is completely UNEXCEPTIONABLE (in so MANY ways) for providing transportation for our children!!! It is beyond sad that Roanoke City has contracted this company for our students. We are 2 months into the school year and we are STILL getting the raggedy broken up robo calls stating buses are running more than 1hr late for pickup?!? UNEXCEPTIONABLE

Horrible service, constantly late services, children missing instructional time at school due to a bus system, great thing to do to the children because they deserve that right? Pray to God Roanoke cities board of education regrets every minute they signed a contract with this horrible company

The company is incompetent and incapable of the service that they are trying to provide. They can’t even leave the voicemail properly. Bus tracker app is cheaply made and does not help. The buses are consistently late and leaving the students to wait for the delayed bus in the cold weather.nnUpdate: added pictures of text message to show that they are late consistently.
