Staff has always been friendly and polite I prefer this office over west Chester. Here I feel like atleast I'm getting my money's worth and the can usually work me in on a timely manner that day.

Dr. Sanders has been my physician for 49 years. He is one of the best diagnostician in town! He first listens thoroughly to your reasons for your visit, carefully reviews your records and then Always performs a thorough exam , all with care and concern! He also cared for my aging mother in law who spoke little English and he communicated with her with care! There is no finer doctor around which is why I travel from mid Richmond to Powhatan to receive his great care.nYou should;too!

My family of 6 ages 37 - 9 all come here for our care. We see Dr. Shelley Short and Np. Nichole Cole. They are always so welcoming and easy to talk to. They give the best care our family has ever had because they actually listen to your issues and know what will make it better or where to refer you if their is something that needs extra attention. Thank you to all the Office, Lab, Doctor, and Nursing staff for being so wonderful!

Doctor Sanders is an outstanding physician. Listens intently.nOffice is always very clean, all the staff very friendly and quite competent.nPhone calls are always returned by Doctor Sanders in a timely manner.nA very good group.

This review is based on my experience with Beth at the front desk, and the lack of response from her manager, Natalie (this does not reflect the other staff or doctors at this location or any other location). Beth was rude, condescending, and just down right unfriendly. The first person that you speak to when calling a place of business should at the very least have a inviting tone; so if you want to feel like you're a bother, call Beth, she will absolutely make you feel that way. And forget her politely saying goodbye, she will hang up on you without any warning. And Natalie- she doesn't call you back in regards to your experience with her staff. Stay away from the Powhatan location and drive to Westchester- they are amazing!
