The drivers from FedEx never drive off of our driveway and make deep ruts where water can collects when they make deliveries to our house. I guess the King of the Road UPS, believes it is their right to go off a customers driveway and leave deep tire track ruts, which senior citizens such as us can not smooth out due to are being disabled. I know why UPS doesn't have local phone number because a lot customers would be calling to complaint about similar damage to their property. After telling a UPS driver to please stay on drive-way on February 23, him or another drove off our drive-way the next day and left another deep rut while making a delivery. Sarcastically speaking isn't that nice!nRespect of others and treating everyone equal should be the goal of every American

I don't know who the driver is for my area but my daughter's absolutely love him! They say he's very nice, respectful and always tells them to have a nice day. Thank you for such great service!

How can we get this problem solved, who can pick up a package between 3pm and 6pm every time, how can you call them at all? Why is my package in lively when I'm less than an hour away none of my others have done this, its outrageous that this place is in business but you cant do any business out of it! Who do I call and complain to about this? If nobody does nothing will ever get done. Come together and make a change , no other post office around Gloucester or mathews is only open for 3 hours , what is up with that. Are they closed the rest of the time but still working?

Absolutely horrible! I have been waiting two weeks for them to pick up a package! They failed to pick it up 3 times. They called me, I gave them more information about where to pick it up from, they still failed to pick it up! Called them another day, was put on hold for more than 40 minutes! I just had to hang up. DO NOT VISIT OR USE THIS PLACE.
