I Love Dr. Good and the Nurses.. Dr. Good sits down and talks to you and asks you what else is going on besides what you go in for. They take care of you like your Family, an they joke and laugh with you.

I would not recommend this practice to anybody. I have scheduled a virtual appointment on two separate occasions and waited for the phone call they said I would receive an email I did not receive to join the virtual appointment. I’m assuming it is the reception staff that is dropping the ball. Clearly the messages do not get to the doctors or the doctor could care less about following up with the virtual appointments. Both of my appointments were at the end of the day and they must’ve been more worried about getting home to their families then taking care of their patients. I will be looking for another local provider.

Overall, extremely happy with this family practice. Saw Doctor Good who seemed to be very nice and attentive. The attitude of the receptionists is professional and courteous. It's a very friendly office.

Always feel welcomed and recognized from the nurse and receptionists and Debra Levine. Glad to be a part of their family practice!

The care here is less than stellar, way less. First, they see my wife and refer her to a rheumatologist for a throat problem, the rheumatologist couldn't understand why they didn't refer her to an ENT, so he did. Second, we have a problem come up, needed to see the Dr, it was at the end of the day but we called anyhow, they said they'd call back so we took a chance and drove to the office, it was 15 minutes before closing, the staff treated my wife, an established patient, like a leper. Turned her away, very nast people, I'm sure they didnt ask the Dr if she would see her. They simply did not want to take a chance and have to stay after closing. The lady was a B, no courtesy at all!
