They were contracted through my travel agent to provide prepaid luxury ground transfer with an English speaking driver from Lucerne, Switzerland to our river cruise boat docked in Basel, Switzerland on October 10, 2016. Not only did the driver not show up, no one was answering the emergency number on the travel voucher ETS had provided. We finally got in touch with someone at another number we tracked down who told us that they had another date to pick us up some eight days previous namely October 2nd, and that there was nothing they could do to help us. They refused to provide another car to take us to Basel. We took a cab our hotel arranged to Basel to join our cruise. It cost over $400. My travel agent has been trying to contact them for over ten days to resolve the matter, i.e. get our money back for the transfer, something in excess of $500, with no luck. These people are either incompetent or crooks or both, and I would advise anyone considering using their services to look elsewhere. There should be an option for no stars.
