Wonderful doctor who cares for his patients and is always there to be a straight shooter. I highly recommend and as both a Dr and a good person.

Unimpressed by either the Danville, or Martinsville locations. I’ll drive 100 miles to go to any practice but this one. I’d rate the VA better solely because I expect awful service from the VA. I don’t expect that kind of service when I see what my private insurance was billed. For that amount, I should have been treated like a VIP. Or at least a human being.

I have not even been to an appointment yet and these people have become absolutely annoying. It clearly appears that from their prospective my time and privacy mean absolutely nothing.nnEvery night, for days prior to my appointment, I have received a robocall reminding me of my upcoming appointment. Every night. At 6.15pm. While sitting down to dinner.nnA robocall for Christs sake.nnClearly they feel that what they are telling me is important enough to interrupt my dinner.nnBut it does not seem to be important enough to have an actual human being call me.nnAnd it also appears the call is not important enough to actually make during BUSINESS HOURS.nnNOTE TO THE PRACTICE: Your business model involves an AUTOMATED system that calls people daily at dinner time. Do you really think that is a good idea? Can you not imagine or consider that at some point the 'friendly' reminders you send out nightly at the push of a button become outright nagging?nnI wish I had the staffs home number so I could call them, interrupt their evening, and tell them that when you run a business that it is a good rule of thumb NOT TO CALL YOUR CUSTOMERS AT A TIME WHEN YOU YOURSELF WOULD NOT LIKE TO BE DISTURBED.
