A real asset to the community. Recently purchased a fridge and had some issues, which were quickly and painlessly resolved by John. His knowledge and service made it all a good experience.
When I was having problems with Sears Corporate and replacing my wash machine under my Protection plan, this home store went above and beyond to help me. Mr. Jung, the owner was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The delivery crew were also very friendly and thoughtful when moving out my old machine and installing the new machine. I highly recommend this store and thank you to the whole team!
They don't offer the same discounts as online. They don't have any discounts really. They make it look like they do but they don't. Which is probably why all the Sears are failing. I'm surprised this one is even open in this small town.
Friendly and helpful staff. They answered all my questions and assisted me in finding the right appliance that I needed.
I needed to have my pressure washer repair and I headed to this store even though it was an Hour and 20 away i would not change a thing! Staff was great and service as well, they did everything in their power to help me and I am grateful for that. If I had to make the trip again I would do it in a heartbeat knowing that they will do their best to better assist me! And just to let you know they resolved my problem!
