I am very reluctant to leave online reviews for services received . As humans we all have good and bad days with a variety of extenuating influences impacting our daily work performance; a single anecdotal experience in MHO is a poor measure to accurately reflect the overall quality of an induvidual or company's expertise, value, or worth. However, in this case I am making an exception because. 1.) I believe the quality of care I recently received at this office is practiced there routinely 2.) I would like to acknowledge how exceptional it is within today's health care environment and 3.) Online reviews have become a popular method of social communication.nSuffice it to say that this office's expertise, professionalism, attentiveness, and compassion was on full display from the moment I was kindly directed to pull my truck into the coronavirus testing center until the time when Katrina called me a day or two later to report back on my results. Throughout the entire encounter this staff's kindness, thoroughness and attention to details of my illness (a stranger) provided me with confidence that I was receiving excellent medical care. Although only obligated to test for potential Covid infection, Dr. Bessler and his colleages went beyond routine expectations to obtain the necessary health history and clinical exam to thoughtfully arrive at a correct diagnosis and then recommend an effective treatment. Here was a group of truly dedicated professionals who despite the additional stresses of working through months of the pandemic were eager to continue helping; and to do it in a cheerful, compassionate, and healing way. I suspect that this office is a a unique team, with a unique culture, and medical leadership. If I could have given them six gold stars I would have.

Dr. Bessler is one of the most conscience doctors I have ever been too. He virtually leaves no stone unturned when it comes to his patients health care. Joe tackles each health issue with a very positive attitude...we can, we will...and he has no qualms about bringing in a specialist for you if one is needed. I have been Dr. Bessler's patient for the past 9 years, and my health has continued to improve. Also, Dr. Bessler has integrity. When most of the doctors at Bay Internist went to the rapidly growing business practice of charging a pricey annual fee, promising 24/7 care for their patients, Joe did not follow the pack. Thank you, Dr. Bessler for caring about people. God will surely bless you in heaven.
