Best Traditional Country Music around!nAnd, the best Gospel Music station on Sundays!
I have no idea how it happened but 6 months ago it showed that I gave this station a 1 star review. I don't know if I was hacked or what but 1 star could be further from the truth. I actually enjoy this station and was even offered a job here but at the time wasn't able to commit to it. This station is top notch classic country and bluegrass. I listen to it quite frequently now that I live in Wytheville. I encourage everyone to give it a listen if you like classic country.
WBRF is a fantastic radio station. Good signal quality throughout SW Va and the Triad. Great variety of classic country and bluegrass. Local DJs with character and talent. News briefs at the top of the hour. This station is an oasis in an otherwise barren and sterile national media landscape. I tune in 12+ hours a day.
