Ruth Hall has been our State Farm agent for years. We recently had wind damage to our roof. I was amazed how quickly our claim was approved and also had the payment in hand to give to the contractor. We've never had any problems when we've had to file a claim. Ruth and her employees always do an outstanding job when we need them the most. When we switched to State Farm years ago, we saved so much money it was like getting our homeowners ins. for free. We saved that much! Congratulations to Ruth Hall for earning State Farm's highest award for quality: The Crystal Excellence - an award that was well deserved.

Ruth Hall has been our agent for over 25 years and she has been an excellent asset to myself and my family. I currently have all of our insurance needs with Ruth and have been very satisfied with her. Our daughter attends college 6 hours away and was involved in a severe car accident in October 2018. Ruth was there for us in our time of need. She has been helping us to take care of this unfortunate situation and is continuing to do so. Even though we don't always agree with how the State Farm company handles things, it is our agent that is doing everything she can for our best interest. With that being said, we are giving Ruth the 5 stars she deserves and we can't thank her enough for everything that she has done for us.

My wife and I have all of our insurance handled by Ruth Hall and her firm and absolutely could not be happier. A lifetime (45+ years) State Farm customer, I've always enjoyed remarkable service from my agents in the past but Ruth Hall and her firm have raised the bar even higher.nnA few years ago we had a hail storm come through SW Virginia that was, according to the National Weather Service, a once-every-hundred-year event...we were at home and it was unbelievably bad; 15 - 20 minutes of just continuous hail. Needless to say, insurance centers were swamped during that event. Yet, Ruth and her firm took our call immediately and she personally visited our home the very next day. At that time my wife had *another* insurance company and let's put it this way: they didn't mirror Ruth Hall's response, work ethic nor compassion on handling a difficult situation when everyone is utterly stressed out.nnWe have been in the crucible with Ruth and we have been supported wonderfully by her and her staff. She is a person of huge integrity, wonderful compassion and tremendous knowledge in all things State Farm and insurance-wise.nnMy wife and I are extremely pleased with her service and her agency and can not recommend her highly enough.

Good customer service, horrible company to work with.nRuth is very kind, and was always there to help. But State Farm (As a company) has done nothing but wrong for us.
