To the lady that i talked to today, you was very rude and disrespectful!! You need to get off you high horse and act like a human being. Acting like it was taking time out of your precious day to answer my questions.... People can't sit around waiting on a phone call. And i don't appreciate your smug attitude. The only one that is valueable in that office is Mrs. Linda Nuckolls. Thanks for nothing~~

12 weeks of seeking answers and help with unemployment has been a nightmare. I read on reddit that this office will answer the phone. It took a bit but I finally did get someone on the phone. The lady ho answered said everyone was taking calls but put me on a list. She was very nice. Within 30 minutes someone called back. She was also friendly and found the issue with a few seconds. I know others may not have been so fortunate so I am not discounting their experience. I just feel thankful I finally got someone on the phone and they were helpful and friendly. Hopefully we will see a payment soon now that we found the issue.

This place is a joke! The people are EXTREMELY hateful. Who ever Blake is that works there you had no reason to talk to me so hateful! You said “oh my god” “you don’t understand nothing” to my 48 year old mom who has never drawn unemployment before. During this virus you think Galax unemployment would be more helpful but nope. Hope you never have to draw!!

Very unhelpful and disrespectful. Personnel at this location act as though their job is not to help you. They treat you as though you are uneducated and only there asking for a handout. Believe me, most people would rather be working than to have to come through the doors of any unemployment office for help. If you don't like your job of helping people in need--some experiencing one of the worst times of their life--why don't you go find a new profession? No one needs to feel worse than they already do by even utilizing this service.
