Admission advisors will not return any of your calls or emails. I’m not even a student yet. One advisor claimed she called me and I didn’t answer the phone. I tried contacting her back by email and phone number that was in the email for months and didn’t get a response. The latest one did call me and gave me unofficial transcript evaluation told me i will hear back in a week with the official one. It has been 3 weeks and I have been calling and emailing her as well and no response. I have called back to the 1-800 # and told that person the issue. She told me to leave another message and she send a message to her “supervisor” and document the issue. A week later still no response

very poor education. In addition, It is extremely difficult to find an employer who is willing to hire their students.

Wish I had read these reviews before I wasted money going to this very expensive school that isn't worth a penny of it. I experienced the same things the students below did and the online instructors were worth less the school staff was just terrible and the worst customer services in the offices and forget about trying to talk to the dean you'll be wasting time everyone is always too busy to deal with any issues. I had to retake a class because the instructor was so bad at teaching and was very inconsistent, when I asked to take the class with someone else I was told that same instructor was my only option so all this expensive tuition we pay them they can't afford to find more than one instructor for a class. I just couldn't take it anymore at that institution so I decided to withdraw and take my money else where to nursing school that I will actually learn something at. Chamberlain will never see another dollar from me. I wanted to give them no stars but I had to select one.

I am in my fourth class in this school, this is my 3rd time that I have had to submit an assignment using Turnitin. Each time is different and confusing. There are constant changes all the time, I am really not very happy. The tutors are great in my experience, they are quick to respond to questions and very interactive in discussions. When an assignment requires going through the turnitin process, it has to be an easier process!

Chamberlain does cost a lot, between $500 and $600 a credit hour. However, I work full time, and get $2300 a year from my employer (this year they increased it to $4600/year), and I won a $5000 scholarship. I have an associate degree in nursing, and have been working as a nurse for over 30 years. I am under no pressure from work to get my BSN, so I have been taking my time. I take two classes a year so that I can stay as little out of pocket as possible. At another college, I was going to have to take 20 classes, at Chamberlain I only have to take 10 classes (they accepted my college credits from >25 years ago). I just finished my 7th class. You have to be self motivated for the online classes, but the instructors are great at responding to emails if you have questions. I have found it easy to maintain an A average taking one class at a time. I see that there are a lot of bad reviews, but I am very happy with Chamberlain.
