The call center workers are rude most of the time. I called into day an the rep hung the phone up before I was even done talking. The so-called case worker told me that she did not have time to do a show-cause because it would take 3 hours to do. She states that her work load is just to much! It is the worst place to call. I called to asked them enforcing the order on my child's dad since he is $4.,177.00 in the rears. Instead, she set you a mediation with us!

If I can put no stars I would, it is sad and a shame how people is hired to do a job that they have no passion for, this is a service that should be providing equal opportunities for people in a whole, no just the ones they favor. Everyone one has a story and no one story is the same. If you call for information or help, your treated as a lesser than an equal, regardless of if your right or wrong. The first step to making a brighter future is by understanding what is needed to move forward and its obvious this is another form of oppression.

They just big ass liars making up laws which don't exist. Also they took my license in 2014 without due process 14th amendment and I been paying I can't get a decent job I was told to pay $200 & I went to pay it now they want me to pay 5k I'm like we had agreement they just laugh at me then lied and said I did not pay support in 2014 I'm like really and i did paid cause the OCSE told me i did pay and i was sick I hope they rot in hell there is job is only to collect support they are out of there jurisdiction taking us to court they don't follow any laws at all
