The best PT center. Friendly, knowledgeable, highly skilled staff. Help with every step of the way with personalized one-on-one treatment for an ENTIRE hour. Can’t say enough nice things about everyone there from the front desk to the therapists. AND Kevin Dandy is terrific. So helpful in getting me moving again, holding my posture better, and my strength. If you are looking for a great PT center, go the VFTC. Top notch group of folks.

Jason Arnett is great.  He's helped me put together a workout program at home to address my issues and improve my overall fitness.  He's friendly and encouraging.  He met me where I was, listened to me, and has brought me along.  Four months later, I am feeling much better and stronger.  I'm even enjoying my workouts now!  I am grateful for his knowledge and support.

I have used the services of the Virginia Therapy & Fitness Center several times in the last few years and have always been impressed with the professionalism of the whole staff. I would like to particularly single out physical therapist John Fainsan. He has treated me for shoulder, hip, and lower back issues, and in each case put me on the road to recovery. He's an outstanding therapist. I recommend him highly.

Paul is great, as is the entire staff. If you need PT, or aren’t happy with your current facility, give VTFC a try. They’ll help you rehab at a pace that works for you, not for them. Good knowledgeable people all around.

I have been a patient of Virginia Therapy and Fitness Center for over two years. They are the premier therapy provider in the area. The fact that your visit is a one on one with the therapist for your full time is not the norm in this area. John Fainsan has been my therapist working on my neck and lower back for over a year now. After two back surgeries and his assistance things are getting significantly better.
