I had lower back pain and was having a hard time performing routine tasks. Within a six weeks window, i received so much help from Alliance Physical Therapy and feel so much better now. I can work out again. Joshua is amazing and this center has courteous and excellent support staff. Thanks for showing me what to do to to keep my lower back in good shape.

Best physical therapists around! Josh and Rachel know their clients as well as how to implement the appropriate therapy for that particular client. Personal, therapy tailored to you and your condition. I couldn’t have asked for any better and I’ve had plenty of physical therapists to compare - after a hip replacement and a second one less than a month later (called a revision) and more surgeries over a year later due to unforeseen complications- these guys are the best in the business. If you ever need a physical therapist- Alliance with Josh and the team on Arlington Boulevard in Fairfax is THE place to go!

I will never see another physical therapist other than Rachel for the rest of my life. She is excellent, so knowledgeable, and caught things that even the top two spine specialists in the D.C. area I have seen did not catch. I am eternally grateful for her and she is a true healer, leader, coach, therapist.

I highly recommend Alliance Physical Therapy to all!!!! I love all of the staff. Shout out to the greatest therapist ever... Rachel, Josh, Ben, Tammie, Chris,Joyce, and Hynol. Everyone is highlight knowledgeable and skilled at what they do. My back feels good as new. I feel like a young man in his 20s again

I have been going to Alliance Physical Therapy for over a year now for stiffness in my lower back and pain and tightness in my left hip. I see Josh (usually) once a week and over the course of the year he has been able to resolve my issues. I am thrilled.nnI have been impressed with how Josh regularly makes adjustments to my therapy and changes out exercises based on how and what I am feeling. The staff in general is very friendly, easygoing and yet still very professional.nnPhysical therapy is not a 'quick-fix' by any means, but I am convinced that if you are consistent with your therapy it does work. I would go this route all night and day over taking meds with their side effects. I would recommend Alliance to anyone, but remind them to be patient and do the work. It does take time.
