K C Pharmacy

I wanted to stop going to Costco to get my prescriptions because it's just so crowded and a pain to go there just to pick up prescriptions.nI also wanted to support my local pharmacy, however this is not the place for me.nnI walked in and it just looks like a hot mess of a place. Stuff is everywhere, messy, disorganized. I don't consider it clean.nnFour people were working in the pharmacy. I stood at the drop off window forever and staff walked by left and right and no one ever stopped to even acknowledge me or say please give us a few minutes.nnWhat I found particularly odd was at some point all four staff were on the phone with customers - on speaker phone! I could hear names, I could hear birthdays, I could hear prescriptions, I could hear doctor's information, I could hear personal info. This is not normal! I called this Pharmacy once and I was on speaker phone and I thought no one could overhear our conversation. Little did I know that everyone can hear everything that you say on that speaker phone. It's unprofessional and it's not private as it should be when talking to a pharmacy.nnSomeone finally bothered to help me but then I couldn't hear them because so many other people were on the speakerphone or yelling over to other staff. The person helping me wasn't very professional and they kept answering the phone instead of working on my Rxs, questions and issues. They were slow as molasses and just stood there for 10 minutes not saying anything to me. I left. I will take crazy, crowded Costco any day over this place.nnI have never seen anything like it in all my life and I do not understand why they have good reviews.nnBe respectful of your customers' information and privacy and be professional if you want more business. Man, all I need is a little quality customer service but I can't seem to find it too many places anymore.

BEST PHARMACY EVER!!! Staff is great and super friendly. Gigi, the pharmacist, is super knowledgeable, very friendly and she's always smiling. If you have any questions or concerns, She takes her time to answer and explain in details. Go there more than once, and they will call you by your name, it's like you're a family. Clean and friendly environment. They also have delivery service. You wouldn't know what I'm talking about until you go and experience the perfect treatment that a patient/client can get.

Best pharmacy I have been to. The pharmacist and the technicians are so helpful. They answered every question I had. They were so nice and helpful. They take a good care of their patients needs. They offer a delivery too so that’s a plus. Thank you for your service.

Fantastic experience today while getting vaccinated! Great customer service, very well-organized, and efficient. The whole team coordinates to communicate together very well to get their patients in and out as quick as possible. Very satisfied. Thank you KC team especially Gigi and Hosna!

Got my shingles and flu vaccines there. Very helpful, friendly staff! Knowledgeable professional pharmacist. Great experience. Looks like perfect place to have prescriptions filled, convenient location, and does not seem like some big chain. Glad they have delivery, too!
