Ever since one person left, this whole place has gone down hill. They are incredibly slow, the wait time is “20” minutes but will have you waiting an hour. They don’t have prescriptions ready when they say they will be. And overall this place lacks good staff. I am appalled they call this a pharmacy. Never going here again. Walgreens or ANYWHERE ELSE is faster and on top of that, doesn’t cost as much. if i could give this place 0 stars i would. do better.nnUPDATE : They lost my prescription. After waiting an hour and 30 minutes and was told they were working on it.

The staff is amazing and helpful. Warm and inviting and very efficient. Great attitudes and great customer service.

I have no problem getting help from Mohamed, Christine, Kat and Sometimes others. Just be kind and patient with them

Friendly and efficient staff. The hours are good and the waiting area comfortable. I highly recommend this place. They are located on the second floor of the Merrifield CSB building. Easy to reach by the beltway.
