Horrible. While Luzia was in town, this was one of the sponsored parking garages in which you prepaid to use. When you arrived you were given a ticket to keep on your dashboard while you park. These tickets did not control the exit gate. At the end of the show, to exit the parking garage you had to press the 'call for service' button only to be greeted by a very rude lady in which you had to explain that you were there for the show. Rinse and repeat this for everyone in attendance and the backup was immense. They should have had someone attending the gate as they did upon arrival or left the gate open at the end of the show. It was ridiculous. 28 bucks to be treated that way and to create a backup like that for no good reason whatsoever. I will go out of my way and walk miles if I have to to never park there again. Colonial parking was almost missing an exit gate this morning and I would have loved to walk in to a court room with it when they pressed charges. You will not detain my property illegally. Just as I started walking towards it to solve the problem for me and everyone behind me by driving away with the gate in the back of my truck, she opened it.
