The parking itself is great but I gave 3 stars because during heavy traffic holidays the road guards cause unnecessary chaos. They should only help with flow of traffic not completely block some of the roads. On one occasion I was forced to drive around in circle, two of the parking entrance were blocked. When I asked for assistance they just kept saying drive forward you will see it. I drove forward until I did a full circle since the only entrance I was allowed was on the other lane going opposite way. No markers for next entrance, only what is blocked, very confusing.

Need to cut off lights in reserved parking spaces for curbside pickup. Need another way of identifying these spaces. When you get to the space you see the sign. Maybe change the color to yellow
