It appears they now have a gentleman who takes the appointment calls, he is very professional and kind. I have found that all the front desk ladies are also very kind and truly doing the best they can which is great. They deal with a lot of different situations and really try hard to help everyone in a timely manner. So grateful for the many years of service they have given me , They are probably very underappreciated. Thank you all for staying on top of things during this COVID-19 pandemic, the saying you are our Hero's is an understatement.

Temperamental front desk staff named Olga who became rude when she couldn’t find my appointment in the system even though I called hours earlier. Started listing a bunch of doctor names and asked me “do you not recognize any of these names??!?”. Overall, unpleasant and useless interaction all I know is I’ll be switching to a different personal care provider. I can see why this place gets rated 2 stars.

I've been going to this practice for over 10 years. Dr. Jenkins, and now Dr. DeBass have been wonderful, as have the nursing and front desk staff. I have never encountered the negative behaviors that some others have spoken of in the reviews, not once. I consider myself fortunate to have found them.

Total waste of time and money. Been a GIMG patient for 15 years. Had to get a physical to refill my medications. Pharmacy won’t refill my GERD medication because it’s over the counter. Took me off nexxium that worked great for 20 years to put me on this medication that works 1/3rd as well. Called and put on hold an HOUR during call in time, told 7 times “can you hold a minute” and put back on hold then when it rings through put back on hold. All I wanted to know was does the doctor want me on over the counter medication? If that is the case I can self prescribe until I find what works for me.nnTOTAL WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY! They don’t care about their patients at all it’s alll about the money!

I can't believe these bad reviews. I have been going for years. They have Dr. Call in time where I can talk to my doctor in the morning on the phone, for free. They are almost always on time, the reception staff has always been friendly and helpful and my doctor is great too. They always fit me in if needed too. I highly recommend this practice for anyone.
