I went yesterday for my first appointment with Dr. Miyamoto for a shoulder issue. I found the front desk operation to be pleasant and professional. My wait time was 10 minutes and then 5 minutes to talk to the PA (I think he was a PA), 5 minutes to get x-rays and then 5 minutes to meet with Dr. Miyamoto. He was very friendly and explained my condition thoroughly and took the time to address any questions I had.

Such a worst experience I ever had with this place, front desk staff are sucked doesn't have any basic telephone etiquette, they are so rude not helpful at all!!! they behave like as if they are giving free services . Management should immediately change the customer service policy or else this place is gonna be disastrous!!!!! I would not recommend someone who is looking for better service!!! Worst place ever!!!

I would like to start with the positives. First, I personally had no problems with the staff. They were all friendly and kind to me. Dr. Silveri listened to me about my pain and gave me the treatment I needed. The only reason that I am rating this place 3 stars is the waiting. Holy cow! I waited, and waited, and WAITED for about 30 minutes just to have someone examine me! After that, I did more waiting. I did so much waiting that I found time to watch Netflix. I am normally a patient person, but I am also a busy person. I think Dr. Silveri is great, but I really am dreading my follow up with him just because of the waiting.

They are the worst!! Not helpful at all. Supervisor is very rude! All they want to do is give you the run around to all different doctors so you which forces you to pay ever copayment without fixing my wrist issue. I would not go see this doctor and will update this review with a doctor in the area that is able to help.

This is not a review about the doctors, which I'm sure they are great, but about the office in general. To make an appointment is like fighting against leviathan. I'm someone who has a chronic knee problem due to an injury two years ago. Both my knees are bum knees. I decided to see an orthopedist near me to make sure I didn't develop arthritis or whatever else. To call to make an appointment is just a joke with these people. Sometimes you just wait and wait and all of a sudden the phone is shut. And when they do answer they are just curt. The lady (after the fifth time calling her) asks for my insurance info (again) which I gave every detail of (also why is this such a big concern for a first time consult?) I gave it to her and even told her I wouldn't mind paying out of pocket for the first visit to see how the place is. Instead all that I said falls on deaf ears. She then proceeds to say that I need to email her my insurance info (why, again, why even though I told her everything and would show her the same card at the place if I had an appointment and already told her I wouldn't mind out of pocket the first time) I email it to her and she said in an hour she would call me back and she ends the call. 3 weeks later and still no response. Shameful and incompetent.
