Rude Staff! Extremely UNPROFESSIONAL! Will definitely switch due to how LOUD and OBNOXIOUS Staff are. I had to regroup my thoughts. Dr. Is great, but I would definitely clean house. Terrible for business the behavior that's allowed up front, they're too relaxed and one in PARTICULAR is too comfortable talking to patients how she feels she can. Cursing is unprofessional even when mumbled under your breath. I would take my family, or refer friends elsewhere where the staff are PLEASANT!!

I have seen Dr. Gupta several times. I have alwas found him abd his staff to be friendly and polite. Hr is alwasys willing to address any concerns or queations I may have. Have seen other eye doctors. but none can compare to Dr. Gupta.
