They were great until they started the merger. I waited in their office for 2 hours to see a doctor and I had an appointment AND I was 32 weeks pregnant. Another time they had a company meeting and changed my appointment and did not tell me until the day of and left a message on my voicemail to tell me. I called 4 times that day to reschedule so I decided to go there because I already had put in my time at work, they told me to leave. I was like no this is ridiculous I was even later in my pregnancy at 36 weeks pregnant. At that time a woman is supposed to see the doctor once a week. I was getting appointments once every 2 weeks if i was lucky. Now they want me to prepay my deductable for the year. This is outragious I am already paid up for this pay sycle and they keep changing what the $500 charge is for. Now its for prenatal visits. The customer service is terrible, the front desk lady's have a terrible attitude. They have one person to draw blood and she stuck me 3 times and still could not get it. I get very emotional when I have to draw blood and I hate looking at the needle. She started crying coz i was getting upset about getting my blood drawn(its an issue, I know) then she wanted me to look at the needle, it was not a good experience with her. I went to Labcorp because they were a better option, if thats any perspective.nnOn the brighter side I love My doctor. I like male doctors because they always seem to be nicer. Dr.Spacic is amazing and great during the birth of my baby. Dr.Mochler was wonderful too, but he is very direct and to the point and a little more strict, he doesnt sugar coat anything. I recommend the doctors not the office staff.
