The Dr and the Therapist are fine, but the staff in this place is AWFUL!!!! While attempting to schedule therapy appts around my work schedule I had Linda tell me she didn't have time because her phone was ringing, and when I asked for a manager I was told there wasn't one and given the number to the call center!!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I wish I could give them a zero!

Staff and nurses were nice and friendly wasn’t bad service. But doctor did not take my condition seriously, the most important person I was supposed to see out of the nurses and x-ray people spent the least time with me, was literally in and out the door. Like he rushing me or something would barely even let you talk would just say “you’ll be fine”. It was either cause I was young, don’t even want to pull the race card. Or cause I told the nurse I smoke marijuana sometimes so he thought I was a drug abuser. He was foreign so he probably had these stigmas of people already in his head. I got 4 screws in knee, if I asked him a sarcastic question like did the x-ray show any screws he probably couldn’t even tell me without leaving the room. Now my condition has gotten worse again. Definitely don’t recommend

My daughter who is 3 went here for a fractured humerus. The reviews had me worried about taking her here. However, we had a good experience. Calling to make/reschedule appt. It was easy, and the lady I talked to was nice. The reception ladies were always nice to us. Our wait was never long, we were usually in and out. The nurses were helpful and nice. My daughter’s Doctor, Emily, was very kind and helpful as well. Glad we had a good experience.

In severe pain. Was just sent to physical therapy for treatment. The pain is still there. My limvar region is is in constant state of burning and pain. Physical therapy did help some. But there is still a problem. All that i was told was to wait another 10 years. There is no relief here. The staff is pleasant and helpful. Other than that, I cannot understand how someone is left to suffer this way.

The orthopedists are talented and dedicated. The front desk staff ( the gate keepers) not so much. If you get past the check in process , with the unlimited desk signs, lines to check-in , and selectively friendly staff, you will receive exceptional service from the doctors . The Rivers Bend location has a better support staff. There is no reasonable excuse for the excessive wait times. My time is as valuable as the doctors’, and I’m the one paying!
