I see doc Bazil and she is amazing, shes gentle and loving and I’m happy she is talking care of me while I’m pregnant. I will definitely keep her as a ob after my Lil man is born. The staff is always helpful and caring I have a couple of favorites. The lady who does the blood work is amazing n sweet as well she never hurts me I forget I’m even getting blood drawn as she’s doing it (she’s that good) the lady who brings you to the back is also very sweet. I have a very pleasant visit every time.

Incompetent staff! Been waiting on a bc refill for over a month. Have left several messages and still I have to talk to one person who doesn't answer or return calls. Had to finally contact the pharmacy for tracking just to simply prove they had it. Will not ever come back after this experience!

Very disappointed in this facility. My OBGYN was out as a result of covid and I needed my depo refilled and my annual checkup. So I explained that my depo refills were out and I needed to get a prescription filled or else I'd miss my upcoming shot date for Jan 15th, immediately I was approached by a nurse requesting documentation for how/who had been administrating my depo shots for a year, I advise them that my PCP had and she proceeds to tell me to provide documentation or she couldn't do my refill, nor would I ever receive depo again from them. I immediately ask when did this start because id been coming here for several years and was never asked (Were they alleging i was stock piling depo shots, or selling them on some type of black market) ud83eudd14. Luckily I had a backup plan (thanks google), found somewhere that is more concerned for the patient and not holding the patient responsible for their shortcoming, so why wait til the day of and not notify me that my appointment was canceled to begin with and not to mention, notifying me to provide such documentation prior. Sadly I really like my OBGYN, but the lack of compassion for my life and well-being was utterly disappointing. Hopefully they work better with their communication, in which keeping patients up to date on cancelations and documentation required.

I just called to try and get an appointment and the front desk receptionist was so RUDE. I am calling because I am in pain and trying to get an appointment and she was extremely RUDE and unprofessional. I ended up just hanging up. I will make sure to leave this review for other women to see too.
