They preach about having good service and providing needs that you can’t really find in the DC area. Well the issue is that they NEVER answer you. I can’t believe I have to bother someone for my business. Especially in this hobby where you are willing to spend a lot of money for good quality. I will take business elsewhere. If you want something done, call and call and then... call again because email is useless.
Great prices, excellent quality service! Adam got me set up from start to finish on my new custom made saltwater tank and was very helpful every step of the way from getting equipment to stocking my tank with life. He also has all the food and supplements in stock every month...so much easier and convenient than ordering online from a distributor!!! Couldn’t be happier.
