Seasonal inventory changes occurring and there are some great deals and savings here in Colonial Hts, Va store. Wish they had consistent cashiers available at customer service desk though.
I recently placed an order on line because Southpark JCP carries little variety in the clothing section. I ended up returning the 2 items I purchased only to find out that JCP does NOT reimburse shipping costs. What a complete rip off! I paid shipping to get it to my house and now I have to eat that cost ($10.00) because that's their policy! I will NEVER purchase from them ever again. So, on line buyers.....be aware...you will not get reimbursed for the shipping costs if you return any online purchases.
I don't hate this place but i wonder WHY they have so much summer stuff in the store than winter. i wanted winter sweater. And warm clothing all i saw was summer thin blouses. Didn't see sweat SHIRT s
