Have worked with Melissa twice for different issues and both times she's been super helpful and gotten me back to a great place. The office is bright, clean, friendly - I almost miss going!

Worked with Melissa and she’s awesome. Feel so much better after completing therapy and following her instructions. PT was customized for my unique conditions and challenges and it’s worked 100%. Definitely will be going back for all PT needs. Thanks Melissa!

I am so glad to have found Optimal Physical Therapy for rehab after ACL surgery. The location is super convenient, the office is nice and clean, and I couldn't have asked for a more kind and knowledge therapist. I worked with Melissa and she provided a customized treatment plan that has helped me feel normal again - actually, even stronger than before! I still reference her exercises daily, and her knowledge of how the body works and proper form helped ensure that I was getting the most out of my PT sessions. I also worked with Kerry for one session, and she was amazing as well! All in all, I can't recommend this practice enough.

I had an 'optimal' experience at this excellent physical therapy center. My treatment and exercises were carefully structured to improve my range of motion after treatment for tendonitis. Safe to say I have made a full recovery from an acute condition. Moreover, I really appreciated the flexibility of the staff when it came to working around my rather complicated travel schedule. Optimal gets my unqualified recommendation to anyone who would consider getting treatment there.

I can't recommend Optimal Physical Therapy highly enough. I have been working with Kerry for hip and lower back issues for a few weeks now and couldn't be happier with the care I'm receiving. Kerry is a highly skilled professional - knowledgeable, patient, and encouraging. She is so easy to work with that I actually look forward to my sessions (something I've never said about a PT experience before). I haven't worked with Melissa, but I've seen her working with other patients, and she is clearly an outstanding therapist as well. A colleague recommended Optimal PT to me, and I am so glad that she did. This is a first-rate physical therapy practice - conveniently located, physically inviting, and well-managed by two caring, dedicated therapists.
