First, my therapist is amazing! I have a lot of pelvic floor issues due to 3 pregnancies (my last pregnancy was a twin pregnancy) and many different surgeries. I am finally starting to feel like a functioning mom who isn’t laying in bad miserable and uncomfortable all day. This location is also very clean (I’m a huge germaphobe so that’s important to me) and the front desk personnel are all very kind and professional.

I've just finished treatment here for an arthritic knee and hip and am very pleased with the care. The facility is clean and all the staff very professional. The receptionists are efficient and courteous. I say this because we read so many reviews where people like their own doctors but complain about the front desk people. Here you have a good experience from the moment you enter. I saw two therapists, Stephanie and John. Both were excellent and the care they provided has enabled me to advance in leg strength and stability, reduce pain, and avoid surgery for now. They are conscientious about listening to their patients and modifying each treatment session accordingly rather than just plowing through their own agendas. Last, but not least, insurance billing is handled efficiently and I never had any problems in that area, unlike at other PT facilities.
