I worked with Liz for 10 weeks after I had broken my tibia. At first I was not convinced that I would benefit from physical therapy. After meeting with Liz for our first session, she explained how she would track my progress and the importance of a proper recovery. In the end I am happy I did it and highly recommend Liz.

I usually don't like going to physical therapy, but Rashmi has been terrific. She is thoroughly professional and takes a keen interest in the proper exercises and progress. I highly recommend

Such a great experience here! Liz and all of the staff were so helpful and friendly. Came in with a lot of pain and each PT session I always left feeling better and better. Can’t recommended this place enough!

Pivot is a great place! Rashmi helped me with lower back pain. She assessed me and came up with an initial plan for stretches and then expanded those into more stretching and exercises to build my core strength. She is knowledgeable and super friendly! Which is nice when you have to see that person each week! The whole staff there is nice and friendly.
