Low cost and more space for my SUV are the main reasons I like parking here. I think this is the least expensive parking on Crystal Drive in Crystal City; contract recommended, space can fill quickly and close out the garage for non-contract customers. It accommodates large vehicles, not all the parking lots in Crystal City are easy to navigate with a big truck or SUV. Space management is done pretty well, easy parking near the elevator especially if you go directly to the 4th floor (the furthest). Usually well maintained as it accomodates the residents of the above building as well as the monthly parkers. Very friendly and capable staff, with an occasional grouch or careless person, but usually very responsive folks.
The garage is ok but they have zero respect for handicapped parking. There are constantly vehicles parked in the stripes next to handicap parking and garage management won't do anything about it. If you have a wheelchair or other device and need some extra room for getting in and out of your vehicle, this is not the garage to use.
