I love five guys typically. I just had a less decent experience at this location. I ordered my food online via five guys website. Website said my order would take 9 minutes to complete. I live 7 minutes away so I left my home immediately. I received a text from five guys that said let us know when you’re on the way so I did and authorized them to use my location. I pulled into the curbside pickup parking space and clicked “I’m here” on the website. I was not greeted by an employee and sat there for 10 minutes before my food was brought out. The employee literally said nothing, I just rolled my window down and grabbed the food and said thank you. The bread from the burgers was soggy, the fries were soggy, and the milkshakes were melted as if my food had been ready. I just did not have a great online ordering experience.
