How can a restaurant get an order for 5 dishes wrong .....TWICE in the same evening ???? First order was no where near close to what we ordered. 2nd time better but items missing . The manager really needs to check this evenings staff !

Great fast food; everything was good, and the queso is a stand out speciality.nnOn this visit the restaurant's computer was down and did not receive my online order but the staff quickly completed all seven items for me; I was gone in less than ten minutes.

This was the only thing I ate today (at 5:30-6pm ish), the meat seemed slimy and wasn’t warm, & the food was way way way overpriced, but I ate my burrito bowl anyway because I was starving. I’m 99% sure I got food poisoning and have been sick for hours after eating this food. Please do not risk your health and eat here.

The Chent guy who acts like the manager has a issue with our orders every time. He doesn’t use gloves and puts less amount of toppings on purpose and has a dirty attitude the whole time. Very bad and dirty service and bad people hired. I will never return to this location again. Corporate should fire this guy, moes is losing business at falls church.

Food is always very good although prices run a little higher than some of their direct competitors. Depending on when you go, parking can be a hassle in the very busy lot with a Trader Joe's and Best Buy. If there's no line then food is reasonably quick to be ready but if there's more than 3-5 people in line in front of you, forget about the fast in fast casual dining. Lots of self service salsas to choose from are all very good. Stay away from the prepackaged cookies though, no one in our family thinks they are very good.
