After not having been here in a while (pandemic) I walked in to get my takeout and whomever was working the pickup side of the counter was great! He knew the regulars, kept the banter going with everyone, and treated me, a new person, with smiles and happy energy. I kinda want to go back to chance another encounter with him. Those probably 4 minutes set the tone for a great evening. Thank you! (Oh, and the food was great, as usual.)

First time having a bacon burger since March 2020. I love Five Guys bacon burger. I like this location very much since they have huge dining area both indoor and outdoor. We did outdoor this time. The bacon burger was delicious. However they forgot to add grilled mushrooms to my burger. It was clearly showed on the order sheet but not in my burger.

Cashier said he would not offer me well done fries and they do not do it at this location. The store was empty except for me and another guest. All it is is frying the fries longer to make them more crispy. Every 5 guys location offered this with no hesitation.

Good food, milkshakes that hit the spot!nnThey are following proper distancing requirements inside; no problems while waiting for your freshly cooked, never frozen food to be prepared and served up to you hot!nnNo inside dining at this time.
