Most incompetent people I have ever dealt with! First when my ride showed up the vehicle broke down then when the next ride showed up it was completely unfit for someone with orthopedic issues! So instead of them arranging for another ride they told me I had to call my insurance! So now I'm on the phone with the dispatcher and they tell me they tell me that an new ride will be there in 5 minutes! So 30 minutes passed no ride so I call back and they tell me they're still looking for a ride! I ended up having to call a friend to get home! Complete and utter incompetence!

I am crying as I write this review because that’s how horribly this company has treated me... their mission statement is that their customers are the best/most important part of their company but that couldn’t be further from the truth.nnI will try to get my story across in as few words as possible... I require a ride every morning to pick up daily medication. I need my medicine every day and I cannot function without it. I am a single parent with two small children doing life on my own and we live well below the poverty line, I was finally approved for Medicaid at the beginning of December to help with the cost of my medication as well as transportation because I cannot drive.nLogisticare is the company that is suppose to set up the transportation for me. My care counselor is a professional that initially sends off a form to Logisticare telling them my name/address/insurance info/pick up location/pick up time etc... On the first 2 days of pick up a Lyft texted me and arrived on time to pick me up. Perfect. Days 3, 4 & 5 no one showed up. When no one shows up to pick you up, Logisticare’s policy is that they cannot help you until 15 minutes after your scheduled pick up time.nnSo, I had to call them every morning to let them know no one showed up (it takes 6 minutes to reach Logisticare even if you know all the prompts by heart due to an automated message that you HAVE to listen to) and, even though I was already running late, AFTER they make 2 attempts to reach the driver, they still set the Lyft for 10 minutes out from the time you get off the phone, so every single morning by the time a Lyft is sent out to me I’m running EXTREMELY late...nnThe biggest issue is that the transportation company that Logisticare assigned me to doesn’t actually have early morning drivers available. The company isn’t even open in the morning, Logisticare has only been able to reach them once and a woman answered and said that all the drivers were sick... SO, despite filing 3 complaints against my assigned driver AND despite my care counselor sending Logisticare FOUR separate forms with my information, specifically stating that they want me permanently assigned to Lyft since today marks FIVE weeks of me having to call them and do their crazy song and dance or scramble to find my own ride every single morning Logisticare STILL hasn’t changed a single thing for me. My account must be flooded with notes, I cried and begged the supervisor, a man named Mark, this morning but he refused to help me because there was still 4 minutes left until the driver was 15 minutes over my pick up time, even though he could clearly see I have to call every single morning.nI’m going to lose my job because of this... and because of my financial situation, I’m at the mercy of this company and I have never been more desperate for even just mediocre customer service.nThey are clearly completely mismanaged and absolutely do not care at all about what happens to their customers. Mark, the supervisor this morning didn’t even take the few extra minutes to attempt to call my driver because he was so spiteful and wanted to make sure that I had to hang up just to immediately call back and go through all the prompts... that’s someone who hates their job and hates people.nnI was an insurance agent for almost 13 years and in my entire professional life this is by far, the worst company I have ever had the misfortune to work with. I hope they are put out of business very soon.

l've just watched and noticed that majority of the drivers doesn't know how to hook up the wheelchair properly, l am not sure if they are providing a proper training how to hook up the wheelchair? For a safety reason l think the drivers needs a proper training. ( l am specials needs School Bus driver for almost 20 years) l have to watched and tell them the proper way every-time they hook up my son.

I am a volunteer driver! This is one of the worst companies when it comes to communication about your $. You have no way of contacting payroll. They tell you over & over they will call you back about a situation of your $ never do. It’s just awful! It make it bad for customers because drivers don’t want to be driving with no gas reimbursement We not doing this because we rich for something to do, we do it to help out the community and we expect to receive the little compensation when we suppose to get it.nSend us invoice of when drug test or whatever is being taken out of $ Communication is the ONLY way to run a successful good business!!lnnI just wanted to add to mu review i would give this company a 0 and its a shame it dont pay you anything but it give you a hard time. You have to go through alot calling to get your$. I think i am just going to stop driving for them. I love my clients bit the company sucks. I wouldn't recommend doing volunteer driving at all.
