Location is not great because it is an Arlington. You need to drive down into a parking garage to get to the store. However the store does validate your parking so there is no charge for parking. The customer service was great. We had an online order to pick up. And the staff we dealt with were super friendly and helpful.

I ordered online for curbside pickup. You go down into a parking garage. You have to take a ticket, but the first 15 minutes is free. The employee came out immediately after I transmitted my parking space number. Everything was great.

Total Wine & More is the largest specialty wine and beer shop in the D.C. area. This particular location is in Ballston in the bottom of a high rise building. The aisles are well marked by different types of wine, craft beer and hard cider. Being a cider guy, I was pleased to find an entire aisle of local, national and international hard ciders. If you love red wine, buy Earthquake zinfadel. It's one of the only places where you can find it in the area.nnOne thing to note is that Virginia doesn't allow liquor sales at places like Total Wine so go in knowing you won't find liquor.
