I chose this location based on the high reviews to start the fun process of obtaining new Virginia license plates, and was not disappointed! Arrived late Saturday morning for safety & emissions testing. Food, shops, various salons across the street made for an easy wait - or wait inside for a reasonable time. Despite being busy on the weekend, they are upbeat and made my visit stress free -- trustworthy people, efficient, and great value for exceptional service. I will definitely be returning for any car service needs!

Although they have frequently filled my tires in the past, apparently they decided they couldn't be bothered tonight and told me to come back tomorrow before 4pm. Seriously? They already just lost my gas purchase, which I would have done immediately after... a full tank. They may have lost my business entirely given that I saw people working and a car in one of the bays. It would have only taken a few minutes to fill up my tires, but they couldn't be bothered although they had people there, as I said. Often this business was willing to check and fill the pressure on my tires, but it has gone downhill, it seems.nnFollowup: If this shop is open until 6pm, why would I be told that I am required to get there no later than 4pm? I'm often on Zoom calls for work until at least 5pm, some of which run long. I've left my car parked on the street and will have to walk back to go get it before I can take it anywhere. Unfortunately, this location is still the closest to where it is parked. I'm increasingly nervous of driving it until the tires are fully inflated.

Great auto shop in Arlington that does basically everything. They did my brakes pads and rotors and it came out great. Also about $200 cheaper then every other place around town. Id highly recommend this shop to anyone for your car repair needs.

The young man at the register with the beautiful eyes was very helpful. I came in for an inspection and an oil change and it was very quick, the guy at the counter was very helpful and patient with the questions I had about future things I needed done to my car. I will definitely be back. It’s rare to find someone that actually wants to help the costumer nowadays.
