Was turned away after waiting 3-4 months for an appointment. The location of the appointment was incorrect, was told to go to the location where Dr Nguyen was and they turned me away. I would have been a first time patient. Now I will be waiting upwards of another 3-4 months to find another new patient appointment. I would not recommend this Dr, this office to anyone needing care.

Review covers my experience with her availability as a new patient and with her reception staff. Her reception staff is very courteous and professional. Her availability for new patients is extremely lacking.nnIn January I got an appointment in April for her next available new patient time. Today, a week and a half before the appointment, I get a call saying she won't be in.nHer next available new patient appointment? August.nIs there any way they can shift things around for me since it was simply my choice of date that led to the new backup? No.nShame as reviews of her service seem positive and the front desk staff are good, but I definitely will not be waiting and hoping she'll see me in another three months.

Dr. Nguyen has a very family friendly approach to her interactions with patients. She takes a hands-on approach to listening to the needs of her patients with the medical realities that have to be tackled.nnOverall, she is one of the best personal care physicians I have dealt with over the years.
