Dr. Go is very professional. She listens and works with me to find the right combination of meds. I suspect the negative reviews below may have come from her earliest days in practice. She is maturing into a great doctor, adding the bedside manner to go with her excellent medical skills.

I have found Dr. Go and the staff to be competent, polite, and caring over two years. Only once was she slightly preoccupied.

Dr. Christina Go, I would give 0 stars if there was an option. Bad bedside manner - downright nasty and arrogant, Very dismissive and rude. She was unnecessarily hostile towards my husband who was recently diagnosed with diabetes; my husband is struggling to manage this disease and he asked her that his blood glucose levels drops drastically after he takes his medication and if he can lower his dose, she flipped on him and because she did not approve of a medication dose; instead of explaining the things he can do to better manage, she became angry and rude towards him; my husband left the office without any proper help or recommendations on how to manager his blood glucose level. We are in process of finding a new endocrinologist.nIf you want a proper diagnoses and help manage it then don’t go to Dr. Go.

The customer care with this group is very rude. They never respect patients and they never help with the appointments. All they care is about their pockets and money. I would not give them a star even. I called their operator, but I got very rude response and they did not help me with fixing an appointment.

Dr. Go cares for her patients. She answers all my questions in the office and online. She’s also sensitive to the emotional aspects of endocrinological issues. She is an excellent physician!
